SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. Shipping can take up to 3-5 business days.

Brownie Point Designs will not be responsible for missing packages. Refunds will not be accepted for any lost or stolen packages. Once the package has been shipped, it is owned by the customer.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 3-day return policy for any order. Which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a return the items must be returned in the same condition that you received it. You will also need proof of purchase to be eligible for the refund.
